Improvisations-Wochenende in der Prignitz
Wir laden euch ein zum Singen ohne Noten. Zyklische Melodien sind unsere Basis für vielschichtige Gesangs-Improvisation in der Gruppe. Inspirieren lassen wir uns dabei von groovigen Rhythmen, den Gesängen der Pygmäen und Ideen aus der Community Music. Wir starten mit Übungen zur Körperwahrnehmung und Bewegung, wärmen unsere Stimmen auf und genießen das gemeinsame Singen.

Polyrhythmic Circle
VHS Pankow
Im Polyrhythmic Circle kultivieren wir kollektive Improvisation auf polyrhythmischer Basis, mit Stimme, einfachen Instrumenten, Bewegung und Tanz. Bei der Polyrhythmik werden unterschiedliche Rhythmen in die gleiche Zeiteinheit (einen Takt) gepasst. Das bewirkt Spannung und schafft einen Rahmen für gemeinsames Erleben.

CI on Saturday – Portugal
In the morning we will dive deep with a 2.5-hour CI class, followed by a break with a potluck lunch to connect and rest. Then we go in the second round: the afternoon jam, also for 2.5 hours.
Let’s spend the day together in Arrábida, cultivating presence, community, and exploring the unknown!
